Mediation/Arbitration

Sarah is trained in alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration. Mediation is an informal nonbinding negotiation assisted by an impartial third party (the mediator) that encourages disputing parties to craft their own solutions. Sarah conducts extensive mediations and is a certified mediator for the Middle District of Pennsylvania District Court. Arbitration allows the parties to resolve conflicts without the costs and formalities of litigation. Sarah has industry-specific expertise as a neutral arbitrator, and she is a Panel arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
