She provides representation in labor management relations, collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, and National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board (PLRB) proceedings. She has acted as chief negotiator in union contract negotiations, she has advised management clients through the union election process, and she has trained managers on labor relations matters. She has experience with major national unions and has handled matters in every forum where traditional labor law matters are litigated.
